Delivery & Pick-up

Delivery Fees: Delivery within 5 miles of our Redwood Heights (94619) location is only $8! Outside of that radius, I can deliver up to 20 miles away, the delivery fee will be calculated upon checkout by your recipient’s “Ship to” zip code ($15-30 depending on distance and tolls).

  • Serving Oakland, Piedmont, San Leandro, Emeryville, Alameda, Berkeley, Orinda, Albany, Kensington, El Cerrito, San Francisco, Daly City, Castro Valley, Hayward, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Moraga. Contact me for special deliveries or requests, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

I am currently fulfilling orders Wednesdays & Fridays. Deliveries typically go out between 2:00-5:00pm. Pick-up at my studio (in Redwood Heights neighborhood, Oakland, 94619) can also be arranged, especially if you need it earlier in the day.

2-3 day prior notice is preferred. Same or one-day requests are sometimes possible, and can generally happen on Wednesdays which are our Subscription Delivery Days.

Fresh Flower Care

RWF is proud to provide the freshest blooms that will last longer than typical market blooms with proper care, because most of our arrangements (from spring to autumn) are made from flowers and foliage picked that same day from our gardens,

Our goal to use 80-100% locally-grown flowers. All arrangements come with flower food in the vase.

By following these care instructions, you will help to keep the flowers happier longer.

 
 

Keep the water clean. Replenish the water frequently. Change the water entirely every 1-2 days.

Place flowers away from bright direct sunlight and heat sources.

Keep away from fruit bowls or ripening veggies.

Use cut flower food in the water. And place in super clean vessels (like you’d be willing-to-drink-from-it clean), run through the dishwasher, if possible.

Trim the stems about 1/2” each time you change the water.

Use very sharp scissors when cutting, ideally floral snips or clippers.
